Strength - How easily you hit someone and how hard. Used in physical/weapon attacks and to calculate damage for them. For a hit, roll a d20 and add your Strength to it. For damage, roll a d6 and add your Strength.
Speed - How swiftly you move. Used to dodge taijutsu/ninjutsu. To dodge an attack, roll a d20 and add your Speed to it.
Stamina - How much damage you can take. To calculate hit points, multiply this number by 15. Increases are available for rank and post count, but don't change the base number before multiplying.
Intelligence - How easily you use genjutsu. Used in genjutsu attacks. To attack, roll a d20 and add your Intelligence to it.
Tactics - How well you play to your strengths. This score can be added onto any one other stat in conjunction with that stat's modifier. So, if used with Strength, one would roll a d20 to attack, add the Strength, and then add Tactics onto it. Tactics can only be used on ONE stat through the whole game. So, you could not use it for Strength and then for Stamina later. You could only use it for Strength rolls the entire time.
Willpower - How easily you succumb to genjutsu or how effective it was. Used to resist genjutsu attacks and to calculate damage. To resist, roll a d20 and add your Willpower to it. For damage, roll a d6 and add your Willpower to it.
Power - How much juice you can put into a ninjutsu. Used to calculate damage for ninjutsu attacks. For damage, roll a d6 and add your Power to it.
Control - How well you can do jutsus. Used to attack with ninjutsu. To attack, roll a d20 and add your Control to it.
Reserves - How often you can use Ninjutsu/Genjutsu in a fight. To calculate chakrah points, multiply this number by 7. Increases are available for rank and post count, but don't change the base number before multiplying.
